Executive Assistant to Global General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel

Essential Functions:

  • Supports Global General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel.
  • Provides certain limited support to rest of legal team (3-5 other lawyers) as instructed by Global General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel.
  • Part of legal team working on confidential legal and business documents.
  • Heavy calendar management for Global General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel (and potentially other lawyers in the group), including shifting of meetings and revising schedules to effectively manage priorities while maintaining positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Coordinate travel schedules for Global General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, and other members of the legal team as instructed by Global General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel.
  • Generate and track T&E expense reports through company system for Global General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel and other members of the legal team as instructed by Global General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and offsite meetings.
  • Other duties customary of executive assistants, including proofreading documents and filing / managing documents on the company’s server and Google Docs / Google Drive.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word is required. 

Requirements:

  • College degree
  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Executive assistant experience to a C-Suite executive
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Extremely high degree of professionalism, including diligence, attention to detail, and responsiveness
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
