Job Summary:

The Office Services Coordinator is able to adapt quickly to change and has a can-do attitude. This individual is customer service driven and Understands Droga5 culture. S/He must be able to recognize what is required to work efficiently by owning the below, and other needs that may arise.

Essential Functions:

  • Communicates effectively, efficiently, and professionally with service requests of employees
  • Serves as a team-player within the Office Services team while still taking ownership and responsibility for his/her own tasks
  • Ensures effective communication with all team members and employees via email ticket system, group messaging apps and in-person correspondence
  • Remains informed of daily events and tasks
  • Proactively maintains appearance in occupied space including work stations, kitchens, conference rooms, etc. (including but not limited to bringing dirty dishes to kitchens, washing dishes/loading them into dishwashers and cleaning up any other messes)
  • Participation in furniture set-ups or moves
  • Participation in event/meeting preparation and breakdown
  • Receives, stores and set-up all Office Services related deliveries in respective areas
  • Ability to complete additional tasks/responsibilities in order to meet the needs of the department and agency

 Job Specifications/Qualifications:

  • Experience in the food service industry and/or retail is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, Collaboration and Organizational skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-Task
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
